Through The Integrated Life Project™, I provide brain science-informed coaching, advisory services, workshops, and speaking for leaders, founders, professionals, and teams.
My work helps people understand how pressure, cognitive overload, competing demands, and habitual patterns influence the way they think, communicate, and lead, then turn that insight into practical change.
This is not about pushing yourself harder or adding another complicated performance system to an already demanding life. It is about understanding what is consuming your capacity, identifying the patterns that are no longer serving you, and building a more intentional way to work, lead, and make decisions.
You May Not Need Another Productivity System
Many capable people assume that feeling scattered, depleted, or inconsistent means they need more discipline.
Often, the problem is not a lack of motivation.
It may be the cumulative effect of too many decisions, competing priorities, insufficient recovery, unresolved stress, constant context switching, or communication patterns that consume more mental and emotional energy than they appear to.
You may be functioning well on the outside while noticing that it is becoming harder to:
Think clearly at the end of the day
Focus on one priority without being pulled elsewhere
Make decisions without repeatedly second-guessing yourself
Communicate calmly when the stakes are high
Protect time for strategic work
Remain visible and engaged without feeling overexposed
Sustain performance without relying on urgency
Recover fully before the next demand arrives
The Integrated Life Project helps you examine these patterns in context and develop practical strategies that fit the realities of your work and life.
Ways to Work with Lisa
Private Coaching and Advisory
Private coaching and advisory services are designed for leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, experts, and professionals navigating significant responsibility, complexity, transition, or growth.
Our work may focus on:
Decision fatigue and reduced mental clarity
Cognitive overload and scattered attention
Leadership communication
Emotional clarity during difficult conversations
Professional visibility and confidence
Boundaries, expectations, and competing demands
Sustainable performance and recovery
Executive function and follow-through
Leadership transitions
Personal patterns that affect professional effectiveness
This work is individualized. We begin by identifying the challenge you are trying to solve, the demands surrounding it, and the internal and external patterns that may be maintaining it.
From there, we develop a practical approach that may include changes to decision processes, communication habits, attention management, recovery practices, boundaries, leadership routines, or professional strategy.
The goal is not simply to help you understand what is happening. The goal is to help you use that understanding more effectively.

Focused Intensives
A focused intensive is a concentrated engagement built around one specific challenge, decision, transition, or communication issue.
An intensive may be appropriate when you need to:
Work through a high-stakes decision
Prepare for a difficult or important conversation
Clarify a professional transition
Address a recurring pattern that is limiting progress
Develop a visibility or communication strategy
Reorganize priorities during a period of overload
Identify why your current systems are no longer working
Create a sustainable plan for a demanding season
Rather than beginning with a long-term coaching commitment, an intensive creates space to examine the issue, identify the most important variables, and leave with a focused course of action.
Possible intensive topics include:
Decision Capacity Intensive
For professionals facing a complex decision, competing priorities, or persistent second-guessing.
Leadership Clarity Intensive
For leaders who need to clarify expectations, boundaries, communication, or their approach to a changing role.
Visibility and Communication Intensive
For professionals who need to become more visible, communicate their expertise, or speak with greater clarity and confidence.
Sustainable Performance Intensive
For people whose current pace is producing results but is no longer physically, mentally, or emotionally sustainable.
Speaking, Workshops, and Team Sessions
I provide presentations, workshops, and facilitated conversations that translate brain science, behavioral insight, and performance strategy into practical application.
Sessions can be developed for leadership teams, professional associations, organizations, conferences, retreats, and private groups.
Current and developing topics include:
The Decision Capacity Advantage
How Pressure Distorts Executive Judgment
Emotional Clarity in High-Stakes Communication
Sustainable Performance Without Chronic Overload
The Momentum Advantage
Cognitive Capacity as a Leadership Resource
Brain Health Practices That Support Better Work
Each session is designed to help participants understand what is happening beneath the surface of their performance and identify changes they can apply immediately.
Programs can be adapted for keynote presentations, interactive workshops, leadership development sessions, small-group discussions, or ongoing organizational learning.

Who This Work Is For
The Integrated Life Project may be a strong fit if you are:
A leader, founder, entrepreneur, consultant, expert, senior professional, or high-performing individual managing multiple demands
Responsible for decisions that affect other people
Carrying more complexity than your current systems comfortably support
Navigating a period of growth, transition, or increased visibility
Performing well externally while feeling increasingly depleted internally
Interested in the relationship between attention, emotion, stress, communication, and performance
Looking for practical strategies rather than motivational formulas
Willing to examine both professional demands and the personal patterns that influence how you respond to them
You do not need to hold an executive title to benefit from this work.
The broader Integrated Life Project community is also for people interested in brain health, emotional wellbeing, attention, sleep, communication, and sustainable personal performance.
Those who are not currently seeking private services are welcome to begin with the publication and its educational resources.
A Whole-Person Approach to Performance
Your performance does not exist separately from your health, attention, emotional state, relationships, stress load, sleep, communication, or capacity for recovery.
These systems interact.
A difficult conversation can consume cognitive resources long after the conversation ends. Poor sleep can affect judgment, emotional regulation, and communication the following day. Constant task switching can reduce the quality of work even when you appear busy. Prolonged stress can make urgency feel normal and reflection feel unproductive.
My approach considers these interactions while remaining focused on practical application.
Capacity Before Optimization
Before adding another tool, habit, or expectation, we examine what your current cognitive and emotional systems are already being asked to carry.
Clarity Before Action
Effective action becomes easier when you understand the pressures, assumptions, habits, and competing demands influencing your choices.
Application Over Information
Insight matters, but insight alone is rarely enough. We translate what you learn into communication, routines, decisions, boundaries, and behavior.
Sustainability Over Intensity
Performance that depends on constant urgency eventually becomes expensive. We look for approaches that support effectiveness without requiring continuous overextension.
Context Matters
There is no universal morning routine, leadership formula, or attention strategy that works for everyone. Recommendations should fit your responsibilities, environment, values, and available capacity.
About Lisa Bollow
Lisa Bollow is the founder of The Integrated Life Project LLC and a Neuroscience-Informed Performance Strategist.
She brings three decades of leadership and coaching experience together with graduate training in clinical mental health counseling and continued study in brain science, behavior change, stress physiology, emotional intelligence, trauma-informed care, nutrition, and integrative wellbeing.
Her work focuses on translating complex ideas into practical strategies that help people think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and perform with greater sustainability.
Lisa’s perspective is informed by experience across leadership, coaching, counseling, business development, and human behavior. She is particularly interested in the points where cognitive capacity, emotional clarity, communication, and performance intersect.
The Integrated Life Project reflects a central belief: meaningful performance is not created by focusing on one isolated part of a person’s life. How we think, work, recover, communicate, and relate to ourselves affects the quality of what we are able to build.
What Working Together Looks Like
1. Submit an Inquiry
Share what you are navigating, what you would like to change, and which type of support you are considering.
You do not need to have the problem perfectly defined before reaching out.
2. We Assess Fit
We will determine whether private coaching, an intensive, a speaking engagement, a workshop, or another resource is the most appropriate next step.
Not every inquiry will lead to a formal engagement. Fit, scope, timing, and professional boundaries matter.
3. You Receive a Recommendation
When there is a strong fit, I will recommend an engagement structure based on your goals, the complexity of the issue, and the type of support required.
4. We Define the Work
Coaching, consulting, and organizational engagements begin with a written agreement that outlines the scope of services, responsibilities, fees, scheduling, confidentiality limitations, and expectations.
